PVA staff has been out in those areas affected by the tornado since Saturday morning.  They are going door to door taking pictures and documenting damages to real property.  Properties incurring damages will be adjusted accordingly for the 2022 property tax year.  PVA staff will be wearing PVA logo’d shirts and/or jackets, they will have a badge and informational door hangers.  The location of staff members will be posted on the Warren Co PVA – Susan Oliver Lewis facebook page. 

If you have made other living arrangements, please change your mailing address with the Property Valuation Office as soon as possible so that you will receive pertinent information throughout the coming months.

Meet Susan O. Lewis

Hi, my name is Susan Oliver Lewis, I was appointed PVA in March of 2021.  I am honored to have the opportunity to serve the citizens of Warren County.  As your PVA, I will work hard every day to ensure we are serving the public to the best of our ability. 


The Warren County Property Valuation Administrators Office is dedicated to serving the public and assisting the public with understanding the operations of the P.V.A. office.
